Grade Two

Language arts blocks include legends and animal fables, stories of inspirational people from around the world and nature stories.  Children begin to read and write independently.  Math concepts build to include place value of large numbers.

ATTENDANCE REPORTING

Please include the following information when reporting an absence:

  • Parent’s name
  • Child’s full name
  • Teacher’s name
  • Date(s) of absence
  • Reason for absence

SYMPTOM CHECKER

Students and staff must stay home if experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fatigue • Muscle or body aches • Headache • New loss of taste or smell • Sore throat • Congestion or runny nose • Diarrhea • Nausea or vomiting
